Does anyone know if it’s possible to create a scene containing a tonewheel organ that automatically turns on the harmonic bars when the Scene is recalled. Or, can the harmonic bars be activated via sysex? Thanks :)

Thanks! I emailed Roland UK support. They thought it was an 'interesting' problem and are passing it on to Japan as they suspect it's a firmware limitation.
