I read something somewhere (not in the manuals) that if the samples are mono, you can play 8 at a time. Someone tried this and said it worked. I haven't tried it, so I can't verify.

Did you check and see if your "Local" function got turned off? This will result in no sound if you play the keys.

If the Studio Set currently being used with that patch isn't utilizing all 16 parts, then my suggestion would work if I follow what's trying to be accomplished here.

Just need to change the 3 piano patches to the same midi channel and transpose accordingly in the Studio Set Part View.

Just put three instances of that same patch in a Studio Set and transpose the 2nd and 3rd patch in Part View. Simple.
