I mailed my rebate paperwork on 8/2 - just curious as to whether anybody has actually gotten a check from Roland yet.

I'd love the ability to use the audio inputs with their own effects settings PER SCENE. The G6 had that capability and I used it all the time to run my guitar through my keyboard (using the amp sim effects) for rehearsals.

That's frustrating. My advice would be to get the paperwork out as soon as you get the keyboard. I think it has to be postmarked within 30 days from time of purchase. You can also create user presets that use the expansion wave data and save them in the user area. However, they will not make any sound unless that expansion is loaded.

The lack of multisampling is a huge miss by Roland.

The FA doesn't do seamless switching, so you will never be able to do exactly what you want. Ed is switching MIDI channels in one studio set.
