I have the Ultimate Membership and have downloaded Zenology and Zenology FX. I can see the vst files but cannot open Zenology. When attempting to open, I'm asked which app shuoold I use to open these files with. No clue. How can I open?

My Fantom 6 had a message box pop up Wave/Expansion Memory Damaged Contact Customer Service. I did that but can i clear that message to use unit until serviced?
