I agree. There never really has been an update since release. I think only one release came out and nothing since. Roland are always terrible for firmware updates. There is a bug in the JD-08 for 1.5 years now, that still isn't fixed. Roland is all about making 'new money', not giving to those that...

Found this in an old FAQ (2015): Q. Do the Boutique series units have stereo output? The output of the synth sound is monaural. - JP-08: In Dual mode, the LOWER sound is output from “L” and the UPPER sound is output from “R.” - JU-06/JX-03: The output of the chorus is stereo. https://static.roland.c...
