Pitchbend problems (again!)
Is anyone having problems with the joystick on their Di's? A while back I had to send my Di in for servicing because there was a problem with the joystick. It functioned fine for bending.., but sometimes when pushed forward for modulation.., the preset LFO rate would sound off and make the patch sou...

Version 1.10 (anyone know what it addresses?)
Anyone have info on the latest version of the OS for the Juno-Di? Last time I updated it was to 1.03.
Re: new user
Do a search on YouTube. Tons of vids there that will help you make a decision The Di's a great little synth. Good sounds, great price, and nice feature list.

How to make a Sweet Sop Sax!
<r>What' up Di owners. I want to share a VERY simple patch edit with Di users (as I get this question A LOT) on my YouTube page. <br/> <br/> Granted we love our Roland synths.., but one keyboard maker is "well known" for specific signature voices. Yes..., I'm talking about Yamaha. Their "Sweet, Cool...

Re: Is sound engine on Juno-Di four layer ?
The answer is yes. However.., to gain access to all the osc's per patch you'll need to use the software editor. The Di's onboard patch editing is very limited.., but the editor opens up everything.

Re: Pls help... My Di de-tunes while playing
<t>That's really hard to say. What you'll need to do is contact Roland. Did you register your Di with Roland aftering buying it? If you've lost a receipt you can often use the date of your product registration to help establish ownership, and time of purchase. <br/> <br/> For me (in the USA).., all ...

Re: My Juno-Di is back and fixed!!!!!
Nope.., my Di came with an extended warranty from Sweetwater. I got a 2 year warranty with my synth. All I had to do was cover the cost to ship it to them.., they fixed it and paid the return shipping.

Re: Pls help... My Di de-tunes while playing
<t>This issue with the joysticks is really starting to pop up more frequently with Di users. I've spoken to several on YouTube who have the same problem with theirs. If I rememer.., the Juno-G was having similiar issues with its joystick too (aside from the failing screens). <br/> <br/> Since I've g...

Re: Pls help... My Di de-tunes while playing
<t>Have you checked your pitch/mod joysticks? Sometimes a faulty joystick can get messed up with the calibration upon start up of the synth. I just recently had to send my Di in for a warranty repair to the joystick. It was faulty and caused the pitchbending to be way off.., and in some cases patche...

It is certainly disappointing. It's also disappointing that after just one year of use the joystick already failed too.

Re: My Juno-Di may be going into the shop for repair :-(
It really falls down to Roland. Sweetwater says they have to wait on the part to ship to them. That's why I say it really is quite odd. It's a common part used on mutlitple Roland products. I find it strange that this part can take so long to get.

Any chance of the Juno-Di owners getting Sonar too? Very surprised that it wasn't included as a package deal.
