Re: Jim Stout Sound Archive online now
Thanks for this... It's funny that as soon as I get interested in the v-synth again as a synth and not just a sound card, this is going on here on the forum... Downloading now.. Can't wait to listen to these! Thanks again!

Re: StudioBlade (must see)
Dont you mean about $1000 MORE than a used XS6 (approx $1200).. I just dont see the value added in this approach... hardware synths are worth goo money five, ten, fifteen or even 20 years afterwards if they are good boards.. i dont see these things having residual value past 3-4yrs at all... there ...

Re: STUDIOBLADE
Yeah, but what makes the difference here is the superior workstation software that comes built in the unit.. I really like this studioblade.. If I had nothing at all, and this budget, this is where I'd definitely be stepping my direction in.. Not no Roland/Yamaha/nor Korg... Lots of people who own i...

Re: ARX Dis-Continued?
I knew they wouldn't last the same as Fantomx and SRX.. I saw this coming and said so back when they released them along with the G.. I knew to watch from the sidelines.. And I warned you guys then, but back then what did I know, right? ;-) The Fantom G along with ARX's has been thorns in Roland's s...

Re: New JUPITER-80 video from the show... clean audio!
Although Roland has failed to convince me that they have surpassed the quality level of sound that the fantomX and SRX has for acoustic instruments, I kind of like this direction they are taking.. I wish this thing had more knobs though.. And another thing i think is wrong with this thing is the ass...

No sequencer! Finally Roland doing what has to be done..Nice Job!! Now, keep the price affordable, or still, no one will buy it. I mean sure, someone will, but not what they would expect or would like...

Re: IMPORTANT: should we change the forum look?
I like the grey and lime green all the way... I prefer the dark background and the light characters.... It's nice and easy on the eyes... You don't constantly have that bright white light bashing your eyes... If you change it, I'd suggest the Lime green and dark background...
