I've made some changes that so far seem to have had a decent impact. I'll keep an eye on it.

Hi, I never figured it out, but the issue has gone away, probably since the factory reset.

I was still actively gigging with my X7 until late last year. Now, it stays at home except for one band's occasional gigs because I can't be bothered to re-program all their setups onto my new synth! 🤣

You aren't missing much except for the idiotic Karma patterns on many of the factory presets.

The Nautilus has the same sound engines as the Kronos minus a few tweaks in the sample playback engine (from what I understand). So the Nautilus might be a new synth, but it's still based in the Kronos engine which is going on 10 years old come this summer. I got a Nautilus to replace my Fantom X7 ...
