Thanks for the info.
I synced it upto my MC808 and used the MC to control Live (running on a Mac Pro Laptop). Ran it through various patterns for a couple of hours and it seemed to last pretty good.
It's always the thought of it crashing at a gig that worries me though.

MC-808 and Logic
I need a map, groove template or any set-up so I can use my Roland MC-808 with Logic.
I want to record and play back on all the 16 channels. Does anyone have a template etc., for the MC-808? Any help will be much appreciated.

Re: MC-808 Link to Mac Pro
I've been trying to set it up to record into Logic, but still haven't found a way. I can't get it to record on separate channels.

Re: MC-808 Link to Mac Pro
I upgraded the editor version and the MC-808 version.
I just wish there was an aditor that you could use to create songs instead having to use the machine itself.

Re: MC-808 Link to Mac Pro
I upgraded and it works ok now.
My new problem is that I can only seem to copy one pattern. When I try to add another, to a different number it wipes the other one. I'm getting fed-up.

MC-808
Hello,
Just wondering if you ever sorted this problem out. I've just bought an 808 and I can't link up to my Mac Pro either. It's really frustrating.
Any advice you can give will be much appreciated.

MC-808 Link to Mac Pro
Can anyone advise on how to actually get the 808 to link up to a Mac Pro. I've followed all the instructions to the letter but I still can't get it to link. The editor still tells me it can't read/write any info.
Thanks for your help.
