Those are dealership pricing decisions. Roland most certainly have not changed their pricing policy.

Not sure I understand the question - but is this what you mean? Ability to change several parameters for each key across the V-Piano board?

Yes, multi-sampling is definitely coming.

Currently, there is no way to re-arrange the order of the scenes (other than when you save them). So with planning you could have screen of free scenes to overwrite your set list. However, I know others are using chain mode which has the added benefit of displaying notes - let's say you have Bohemia...
