To change Program you need to send Bank select and Program select MIDI messages to channel 16 (or more precisely to the MIDI channel configured in Menu->System->ProgRx/TxCh, default is 16).

The correct Bank and Program numbers are listed in the manual.

The JDXi Manager can already be used as a librarian, at least for Tones. Update: I have tested the features random patch generator it is super cool! As it can be MIDI tempo synchronized, I created a drum loop and the analog patch was synched with the drums, resulting in interesting musical pieces. Some was much close to Pink Floyd's On The Run song! I'm glad you like it...

press Drums > press Menu > select 'Tone Edit' > press Enter > select 'Kit Level' > change the value with '+ or '-'

I think you need to ask that the makers of 60KNOBS, they are the ones who can tell you if the 60KNOBS is flexible enough to support the JD-Xi sysex format.
