Re: Are there any Roland cloud support people out there please?
Definitely an issue for RCM tech support. Did you raise a ticket within the RCM app? I have found them to be responsive on the few times I've needed help. I'm not sure who FastSpring is - I didn't deal with them with my issue. And yes, there are RCM and Roland staff here so they will read your post ...

Re: V-Synth vs Fantom
So, just to be clear, Fantom's feature (in firmware 2.0) where you can use the user sample as an oscillator doesn't even come close to what the V-Synth can do with the same feature, right? Nope. Re: V-Synth vs Fantom
Whilst the Fantom is a mighty powerful keyboard, it doesn't even come slightly close to the overall creative sampling power of the V-Synth.

Not sure what happened for you but I didn't have to download a driver - it was done in the background when I first attached the Fantom to my PC. All automatic, no effort on my part and has perfectly ever since after several OS updates on both Fantom and PC.

Re: AIRA Gear......Need help with setting up!
Your MX-1 is an audio interface - it goes into the PC. Drivers should auto-install if you have a PC (don't know about Mac). Everything then goes into your MX-1; System-1, VT-3, TB-3 and TR8S will use the USB slots (note that only USB 3 is powered, the others require power) The DJ-505 would need to g...

SoundFont 2 convertor
Roland just released a soundfont2 convertor for the Fantom. Open the app, drag the SF2 file over and it converts. Then got to Import Sample in Utility - works perfectly!

Re: Exporting Projects
The Fantom can now export scenes as well as tones but the MC cannot import scenes (as yet), but it can import ZEN-Core tones. The MC also cannot export these either (as yet).

Kebu's Virtual Rig
In a new approach from Roland, you can experience Kebu's keyboard rig and also download a free sound for the Jupiters (click on the Jupiter-Xm to see how).

What tutorial videos would you like to see?
A question asked in a Facebook group - what videos would you like see made for the Jupiter-X/Xm series? Whilst many have already been made, what have you NOT seen that would be useful to you?
