Re: What’s coming next??
Integra 7. That would be nice! They've already issued a JV-1080, XV-5080 and all of the SRX material. That covers the bulk of what is available on the Integra-7. The SuperNatural synth engine is more than supplanted by the modeled Jupiter, Juno, JX3P ... as well as the System-8 model and all of the...

Re: Roland fantom ....What’ s next for 2.00 update ?
We're likely to see multi-sampling in a coming update. It's not been guaranteed, but Roland has openly noted that it's one of the most requested features. There has been talk of a V-EPiano engine and additional SuperNatural Acoustic engines being added. I think there is little hope of V-Drum techno...

Re: Transpose sequences by MIDI note
... You do have live control by pressing the screen, etc. and perhaps there is a way to have it trigger the various patterns based on pressing a key on the keyboard. Pressing C would play the first row of patterns and Pressing F would play the second row which is the same as the first row, but tran...

If you have the JV-1080 and/or XV-5080 VSTs ... trying deleting them and reinstalling first.

Re: Chord Memory, Patterns and Arpeggio - changing the chord
I think I know what's happening here. You need to set the "Chord Form" to "Trad Maj" (I think that's it). This sets it so that it plays simple triads within what ever key you've set. So hitting C plays a C Major chord, hitting a D plays a Dm chord, E plays an Em, F plays a F Majo...

Re: Chord Memory, Patterns and Arpeggio - changing the chord
I'm going to take a wild stab and say that you're not playing the melody in the key of C ... or something like that. Is there a piece of sheet music we cam all refer to so that we're on the same (literal) page?

Re: Same SN SUPER SAW as in Integra and FA?
... I see your point about importing SN-S tones. I hope you can see my point about Fantom's capability of producing some existing SN-S tones already. Hope that clarifies, Mark Absolutely. So much of these kinds of discussions depend upon "what's important to me ?", and that forms the pers...

Re: Chord Memory, Patterns and Arpeggio - changing the chord
If you set a key signature of C, that does not mean that every chord will be a C, or even a major chord. It means that every note you hit will produce a chord with only notes in that key signature . If you are in the ey of C, and hit an A ... it will play an Am ... assuming you've set your options c...

Re: Same SN SUPER SAW as in Integra and FA?
(Let me be 100% clear here ...no attitude, no snark, no superiority complex at work ... just want to get the facts straight) MacTyros stated that it does not have the SNS engine . You stated that he is incorrect . You are factually incorrect in your assertion, regardless of whether or not one has a...

Re: Chord Memory, Patterns and Arpeggio - changing the chord
The Fantom is not an arranger, thank god. (lol) I understand the desire for such capabilities, but they don't belong in a pro-quality workstation, IMHO . Trying to make something be all things to all people tends to make it not especially good at anything. Let arrangers be fully-featured arrangers, ...

Re: Same SN SUPER SAW as in Integra and FA?
You're confusing the presence of presets with the term "engine". There is no SuperNatural Synth engine in the Fantom. They have ported all of the factory SNS presets on the FA to the PCM/VA Zen-Core engine on the Fantom. That's a good thing, as the Zen-Core architecture is quite a bit supe...

SuperNatural "Secrets" in OS 1.50
Roland's text accompanying the OS 1.50 update only says:
There's quite a bit more to it than that. It's going to take me a couple of videos to unpack this. Here's the first one: https://youtu.be/a7wF-5oc-_YSuperNATURAL Acoustic Strings and Brass are provided in the sound source.
