Re: New Roland Jupiter Legacy Collection
Don't get me wrong Dany , I would luv if what you hope for the JP-80 was true but I would not say the teaser was misleading . I would say it was cool. I just think you should give the new collection a chance 1st . You just might like what they do and it's free. I have been very critical of Korg and ...

Re: New Roland Jupiter Legacy Collection
And we now have the answer... :) http://www.jp-80.com/legacy.jpg A collection of finely engineered sounds is 'coming soon' - wouldn't surprise me if that meant coinciding with the Integra release next month. Excellent support and commitment from Roland! I remember as a Korgie (of 30yrs) coming over...

Re: New Roland Jupiter Legacy Collection
whatever the Legacy project ends up being- (a VA, a new OS, or even just new tones) it is nothing but a bonus... even at a premium price. I think this is the best attitude to have . To avoid disappointment , I don't think we should put high expectations on something that Roland never said would be ...

Re: New Roland Jupiter Legacy Collection
So it was an over hyped and misleading promotion strategy by Roland!!! How stupid, those marketing idiots from Roland think, we customers really are? I demand more from Roland! If they won't deliver some major updates for the JP-80 in a foreseeable future, which are already included in the INTEGRA-...

Re: New Roland Jupiter Legacy Collection
Ok wait ,
When he says " into the new Jupiter 80 host mechanism " they purposely at that moment show a loading screen
As if this is some type of new mechanism and it is a loading screen I haven't seen before .
I'm thinking this is something more than sound sets .

Re: Dan Krisher (of RolandUS) Reconnecting with Forums
Hi all. It's Dan Krisher from RolandUS. I've been away from the forums for awhile as I settle into my new gig as Artist Relations Manager for RolandUS. (I'm no longer a "senior product specialist".) However, I continue my personal interest as a gear geek and I'm always looking to help out...

Re: New Roland Jupiter Legacy Collection
But I might be proven completely wrong, as a naive victim of the useless words from some ROLAND marketing folks... :( - Even if so , It was a good read anyhow , so nice to dream . Thanks Dany . I think AES is coming soon , so we should know a little more by then . I'm Just not sure when AES 2012 st...

Re: SRX-Boards for Jupiter-80?
My wish is that the Integra-7 would somehow enhance the Jupiter-80 experience by working together with it . I do remember hearing Scott Tibs saying something like , there was some amazing sound packages coming to the JP-80 and that Roland was just getting started with what they want to do with the J...
