Help! changing patches with roland Juno-g librarian.

Is there a way to use the librarian as a live patch changer or is there another piece of software that i could use.

The problem is that when i double click on a patch the software send a bunch of notes to the Juno instead of just sending the patch.

any help would be appreciated, I would like to change patches from the software while i play and actually the reason is that i bought a new touchscreen and it would be nice to do it from the screen..but without a multitude of notes being sent to the Juno every time I change a patch.

I'm experiencing major problems with the Juno-G display (my 2nd display!), so I thought I would use the Librarian for changing patches during a live show. But the online user guide doesn't tell me why the library window doesn't display the patches (or performances) that it reads from my synth...
I appreciate any help I can get, thank you!
