Rack version of Juno???

Post by gearHed289 »

Hi, I did a couple of searches and didn't see anything. I'm wondering if there is a rack mount equivalent of the Juno G? I really miss having aftertouch, so I'm thinking of getting a MIDI controller, but I don't want 2 keyboards on stage. Thanks!

There is no rack mount equivalent of the Juno-G.

The Fantom-XR is pretty close. It is actually more powerful in most regards. (The Juno-G is essentially a budget version of the Fantom-X6.)

A SonicCell is not a rack mount unit, but you might want to consider it as well.

Just to add on JunoJohn's, the SonicCell is a good alternative to the Juno-G and fantom X series if you don't need the Sampler nor the Sequencer, and all you want is a MIDI Sound Module, it is really pretty close (I used to have one SC and a Fantom X).
