New sample pack!

Post by Leo Castro »

Hello everyone! I would like to know how many users of Juno_G would be interested in acquiring a new pack of samples, patches and performances. It contains samples of acoustic pianos (Nord, Steinway, Yamaha Motif), EP Yamaha Cp70, Accordion, Akai Brass, Acoustic drums set, Jazz scat (4 layers), Hammond B3, and some other jewel. The requirements are to have a Juno-G, ram and compact flash card. Later I will upload a demo video.
It's time to give new life to our great synthesizer.

Leo.

Apparently there are more users of Juno G in facebook than in this forum! The good thing is that there are several interested and I just need to finish the demonstration video. So have your compact flash cards and usb cable ready !!

Just for my understanding, why is the compact flash card necessary?
I upgraded my Juno-G to 512MB RAM recently and I use the Juno-G Librarian and Editor apps on my computer. Is a flash card required?
If yes, what is the largest card/type that the Juno-G supports?
Thanks

Compact flash is your hard drive, 1GB is recommended by the owner's manual.
When you have selected on the Menu to load all the user's samples at start up, it may take like 10 minutes to load 300Mb more or less!
But worth it! It's like have a new synth.

Hi Wilcossb, no, only what you see on my demo video, plus a Kurzweil triple strike piano, finished later.
