Editor Librarian without Juno G

OK.. well it appears the old Juno refuses to talk through the USB or midi port to the editor (wont anyway on the newer windows 10 im told, no drivers) SO..... Is there a way to convert the files on the "card" to something the librarian or editor can open? Or does anyone make such a program? Only way i ca see now to rearrange or add patchs is through multiple cards and saving them into Juno memory
