User Memory accidentally reset

Hi everyone!
Yesterday I had a gig. In the morning I performed the last checks on my Performances for the gig, everything was OK.
I went to the venue and when I turned on the machine... all the User memory was gone! :( I lost all sounds and performances, like a factory reset had happened.
I'm sure that I never did it, the road to the venue was a good one (no bumps or holes). What could have happened?
I was able to quickly make some performances with the stock sounds, although of course I was disappointed...
This morning I restored the backups and everything went fine. I turned off and turned on the machine and the User sounds were there.
Anyway, I'm a bit worried.

Happened to me too. I keep backups on my computer and also purchased the memory card for it.
