Roland Juno G 5 V regulator over heat issue

Dear All

My Juno g got a display error and I'm looking for it. however, the 5V regulator is getting heated up and cannot even touch it. I changed 2200 and 1000 US capacitors nearby and still the same. is this normal?

check that video, it´s normal to voltage regulators to heat up. Increase the heat dissipator.
But beyond that, screens have failed time and time again. I think that it´s not the problem.
