Hello all!
As you might have noticed, we removed the signature function in the forums. The main reason it happened is that signatures of many of the members started to destroy the clarity of the forum look. As you know, I pay a lot of attention to the readability of the forum, and it is the most crucial thing I think about (after all, everybody is here to read).
Also, there are many people with visual disabilities, and reading the forum is even harder for them (most forums on the web are not readable to them at all). And blind people, who use screen readers, get the signatures read to them over and over again many times a day.
We will think of a new way to make your personal information (in the profile) more accessible.
Artemiy.

Thanks!
Just wanted to add that, if a person wants to know more about you, he/she will look into your profile. There we support a site link and a big image, in addition to a bit "about" section.
Having a signature with an image may look okay. But when you see several posts in a row in one thread, that's too much for the eyes and the brain. Let's be relaxed

Maybe you should've removed the ability to add pics which was what was the problem, not the signature...think. Whatever the case, oh well.

Hey thanks Art!
I've been trying to get rid of that annoying 'Grand piano bursting into flames' logo for months now! It seemed to follow me everywhere!! =)

Well yes, the problem was mainly in images, but also the size of the signature was too large. I need to re-think and re-write the way we use signatures, perhaps they will be text-only and also dynamic.
