Roland Clan forums are back

I am happy to say that the Roland Clan forums are back online!

I would like to express my most sincere regards to the tremendously kind help of our member vox, who helped us to get an virtual server account at his hosting company, and assisted in setting everything up. Thanks a lot, vox! The whole community owes you a big hug!

This makes a great case for being in control of your domain/nameserver. It looked like a seemless switch from here.

Glad to see you left the old host behind, that 'fair-use' clause was disconcerting(to say the least) as I'm sure their request to turn off the forums was too. Shutting the doors didn't make anyone look good.

Many thanks Vox! And always thanks to Artimio! I have to say that I was very alarmed when I saw the email that this site would no longer be in existance... I couldn't imagine how that could be. I really thought Roland would step in. It's great to see they didn't have to! I was afraid the clan never recieved my donation and it was my fault for not helping in time! (I honestly waited to the very last minute... I'd be surprised if I were not the last to contribute.) Anyways... Glad to see things back to normal!

I was late in reading this thread... I went straight to the Juno G forum as soon as the site went back online ...and expressed my gratitude to Artemiy... only here did I find out that VOX is part of the restoration process... so to ART and VOX, I wish I had more thumbs ... thank you so so very very much indeed!!! great work!!!
