Anyone else getting logged off this site?

Ever since we moved to the new software for this site, I tend to get logged off after a few minutes. Also, the "Log me in automatically with each visit." doesn't seem to work. Any one else using Safari and having this problem?

Yep, there is definitely a timer involved somewhere. No idea about the automatic stuff but it could be related.

You mean, logged out while browsing the site, or just logged out after an inactivity period?

It happened to me sometimes after a big idle time, but I never saw a pattern.
For example, never happened on the iPhone... ;-)

Yep, it happens a lot to me. I always thought is was some sort of protection feature.No big problem anyway.

I get this issue too and it sucks... Sometimes will get logged out while making a post, losimg what I had just written. I think it's someting with phpBB sessions... Gotta see if we can do something about this.

I am almost always logged off when I go to submit a post. Have got in the habit of copying to clipboard before hitting submit. On the other hand, I have never got logged off the second time I submit. Just seems strange and very annoying.

EDIT: Hey! I didn't get logged off this time! Now I am really annoyed. It's making me a liar.

I actually increased the session time yesterday. It was 60 minutes I think, now it's set to a several months, but depends on if the server clears it's session cache more often. All should be better now anyway.

Thanks, Artemiy. It seems like it happened after less than 60 minutes, but maybe I am a slow reader.
