Congrats with the acknowledgements from Roland, pretty cool to have someone from Roland Japan at your doorstep I bet. Did he speak English or Engrish? http://www.engrish.com/

There are other good Roland sites out there, in particular http://www.vsplanet.com for Roland VS recorders is pretty big with a friendly and helpful crowd, just like here. But they've been around a lot longer and you've created this site and made it to what it was now in a very short amount of time.

Again congrats. Hope it will pay off in some way or another, an actual (financial) endorsement from Roland would be nice don't you think?

No, Roland will probably not sponsor any 3rd-party community like us, at least in the nearest future. But, I think it is good, even very good - because we are independent, no matter what.

After all, thanks to the donations some people provide from time to time, I am able to, at least partially, compensate the payments for hosting and internet access.

Hi Artemio,

Too bad. Actually Roland does sponsor VS Planet now (through banner ads) but this is only a very recent development. They have had an offical presence there for quite some time so as Fantomized evolves who knows what will happened. They also allowed VS Planet to share their booth and internet connection during the last Winter NAMM and have interviews with some plug-in designers for the new VS8F-3 fx card.

Apart from the CD and t-shirt purchase I have not yet donated to this site but if you tell me how I'll be happy to make a donation now.
