RD700SX Tone Wheel Organ

Help please, after making changes to (for example) TW-0rgan 1 on the keyboard (by adjusting the tone sliders) I cannot work out how to save the change so that after playing another sound or turning off/on, my changes to that TW organ sound are still there rather than the factory presets.........thanks!
