Mobile sheets page turn

Hi, I'm new here, I have Roland FP 30x keyboard, I am having problems using the page turn in mobile sheets, I have the pedal board attached to the keyboard, I cannot get the pedals to turn the pages in mobile sheets, i have gone through the Roland manual, any ideas thanks
