HELP!! my SP-404 Died!!

I tried to put the upgrade from the roland website on my compact flash and now it won't even turn on. When I first put the card in the screen counted down from one hundred while the buttons flashed in a circle, then the display read FE7. I thinnk I just Died inside.

try to connect to roland tech support..... there is no error messages described in manual and FE7 is one of them ( it seems to me, as i have some other roland gear and in manuals is sometimes written what they mean) unfortunately that's all i can say (((

but i live in mexico and it's not roland tech support here

so what do you do for that ?
