sp606 vs sp808

Hi to everybody. I am new at this forum and I have some doubts. I am owner of a SP-808ex and I am happy to work with it.
My question is. May I buy a sp606 to get a better integration with software ? I mean I know the sp606 come with a software bundle (p606) to manimulate samples and I would like to know If that software is better than Acid...
Another question. The sp808 come with a software that can convert samples (wav to R-DAC) and viceversa. The convertion is made by the PC so it really quick. The SP-606 work in the same way than sp808 ??
