MC-909 Ver 1.22 update is ACE!!
I've been the tweaking the LFO crazy and I haven't had a crash!!

I have to admit, I've heard a few people saying they were having problems with the lfos causing crashing, but I've never had it happen...though, keep in mind I rarely tweak the lfo section while sequencing/recording.
Can you answer a couple of questions?
With this version, does the 909 still go back to Preset Pattern 01 after you've mucked around in Sample import/edit, File menu, etc?
Is the track muting problem with tracks 6 and 13 still there...i.e. only one will mute or unmute if pressed simultaneously?

no, unfortunately it's still dodgy with 6 & 13. yeah don't know why they didnt fix it. and yup, still goes back to 01.
BUT! i'm an LFO tweaker freak. i remember when i first bought it w/ the first OS it hardly froze, then when i upgraded to 1.2, it started freezing so much that I almost decided to put it on eBay and just get the new MC-808. HOWEVER, i haven't had ONE SINGLE crash on this 909 since the 1.22 update! i'm so glad tbh.
i just hope that the next MC series is a hybrid of the MV-8K (w/ monitor option) 256 pol. vox, at least 6 FX simultaneously, 32 channels, more banks, the works! you hear me ROLAND!!!!! ??? =)
