I have the same problem but on one of my patterns. You could trying a factory reset but this will mean you will lose all of your data and it will restore back to when you first brought it.Presett patterns will ramiain and all user patterns you made will be deleted.

My problem is similar, MC starts and the inviting screen appears, than all diodes flashing ok, bpm counts properly (TAP react) but it doesn't load any banks of sounds. I can not come into the system to restart it. How to retun to factory settings in another way? I have reassambled whole that machine but there isn't a battery...

Can I put the new soft in through the MIDI IN? Where can I find the system?

Hi ,
when a blank screen appears on start up the flash memory is probably damaged.
to fix this u need to have an update ready and follow the next steps:
1: turn on mc307 while holding F1 + F4 + rythm part vieuw .
check the bpm leds above the fader for a stripe.
2: press part 1 then part 6.
the bpm leds above the fader will say TEST.
let it initalize flash memory and finally it will display END.
3:turn off and turn on mc307 again while holding F1 + F4 + rythm part vieuw.
check the bpm leds above the fader for a stripe.
4:press part R and part 3 .
the bpm leds above the fader will say SYS.
upload the SMF files for system update thru midi .
wait untill its done.
5:turn off and turn on mc307 again while holding F1 + F4 + rythm part vieuw.
check the bpm leds above the fader for a stripe.
6: press part 5 then part 7.
the bpm leds above the fader will say DAT.
upload the SMF files for data update thru midi .
wait untill its done.
7:turn on mc307 (probably it say damaged memory dont worry)
then do a factory reset.

Goodluck it worked for me !
peace:)
