MC 303 problems

I was recently given a 303, but with no power cord! I've tried multiple cords and this thing doesn't turn on. Do i have to get the exact cord for this thing to work?

No, just the standard 3 prong should do it.

I have Roland MC-303..INFO From OWNER MANUAL:
9Volt , 1Amp - 9 Volt ADAPTER = ADAPTER Roland ACI-120
