MC-505 LFO1 recording problems

Post by Tirisilex »

I'm trying to create Wobble Bass for dubstep music but I keep running into a problem.
This is what I am doing:
1st - Put in The Temp Pattern dialing the dial down in the Ptrn Selection
2nd - Pick a Patch
3rd - Press and Hold Edit then press key 9 LFO1
4th - Page Up to Tempo Sync and turn on
5th - Page up to Pitch Depth turn down to -63
6th - Page Up to Pitch Filter turn up to +63
7th - Press Funcion Key
8th - Page up to LFO1 Rate.. You can use the dial knob to adjust the rate but I found it can stay more on tempo by pressing the Decrease and Increase Keys.

Here is where the problem comes in.. I tried to record it playing live but the patch just resets back to its original settings. I tried saving the Patch but the problem still persists. For some reason it wont let me adjsut the LFO1 settings that I made while in Record Mode. If anyone can remedy this problem PLEASE HELP..
