Hello folks, looking for some help/advice.
I had 1/4" cables connected to the left and right mix output, and also the headphone output. I bumped the unit and it pushed back and hit the wall, well actually the cable connectors hit the wall and it put pressure on the cable inputs on the back of the unit. Now I cannot get any sound out of these three outputs. Everything else is in perfect working order. I opened the unit up to inspect and nothing seems loose or damaged, but still I get no sound out of these outputs. Anyone have any advice or have any experience with a problem like this?
Hope this description makes sense.
Thanks!
