Can the DR-880 send program changes?

Hi all :)
I've just acquired a DR-880 (well, it hasn't actually arrived yet) and was wondering if it is able to send program changes via MIDI.
I thought that if it could I would use it to change patches on my guitar multi-effect.
Similarly, is it possible to program internal guitar effects patches changes into a song?
I did have a look in the manual (PDF version) but couldn't find anything.
