MC-909 input voltage

Hi,
I am about to purchase a used MC 909, japan version (110v). I have a question, is it true that i can change the imput voltage (110v,220,240v) from the internal "Service Utility" (MENU - SYSTEM - SYSTEM INFO - [SHIFT 1-7-8-9] - Service Utility - Voltage) menu? Because i live in Italy and we have 220v while in Japan is 110v...Thanks
