V Synth V2 drivers

Hi All - does anyone have a set of USB drivers for this synth or have a link to working drivers as the ones on the Roland Download site are corrupted! XP operating system - thanks!!!

Hi Paulo,

many thanks for your quick response - I appreciate the help.

I downloaded these, but none of the .exe files would open up? I presume this is due to the fact that the driver is old, and my OS is XP SP3, so there must be an issue there somewhere.

Shame Roland never updated the USB driver as the synth is 25% unobtainable!?

try this one

although usb on the V2.x realy only gives you Midi
you dont need drivers for Usb storage
probably just aswell to use a regular midi connection

Quinnx is absolutely right!!
You will not need Drivers for the Storage connection nor for the AUDIO Interface, just for MIDI over USB.

I have an old V-Synth XT and I use it connected to a PC running Windows 7 Pro - 64 Bits and to a MacAir running Mavericks (10.9.5), and both Storage and Audio continue to work perfectly.

As Quinnx mentions, for MIDI, use a 5-Pin MIDI to USB converter to connect the V to your PC
