V-Synth XT service manual - could someone assist please?

Well, my unit works fine so far and I hope it will stay that way. Touch wood. But in an event if something goes wrong I would feel way safer if I could have some technical documentation in hand.
I know it was floating around some time ago but did not get it at that time. So if anyone kind would point me to the right source, me and my XT would be very grateful.
