Vsynth Weird problem: onscreen knobs jumping

Hello all,
I am wondering if this is a software or a hardware issue :
I have a Vsynth GT :

-All the virtual knobs, or in fact, any touch screen menu or touch screen parameter which can be adjustable by knobs, start to move /jump by itself, and I cannot search patches, the patch list keeps - jumping ard pages rapidly,
-the wheel dial and the inc/Dec button become very slow in responding to

I tried to move any physical knobs but it does not stop the all virtual knobs from self moving.

I did a reboot, didn't work,

I did a upgrade to version 2, it helped a little, the wheel dial and dec/Inc button works now, I tink its becos version 2 freed up some resources and improved processing power all? 🤔But the virtual knobs still keep auto jumping.

Perhaps some internal board responsible for the knobs movement has gone bonkers? Lol

Not sure if there is a service manual that can pinpoint a part that could be identified perhaps to fix this

Just checking, is anything plugged into midi?
