Organising patches - librarian
So what's the best way to organise / move patches between projects? A librarian would be great but I'm on an M1 Mac - think there's one for windows around somewhere right?
Re: Organising patches - librarian
There is one for Mac too but it only runs on old stuff IIRC, mine is Snow leopard.

Re: Organising patches - librarian
That's how I do it, sort of.
I've got an old MacBook Pro (mid 2014) running macOS 10.15.7. Since that's "too new" for the V-Synth GT Librarian, I'm running OS X 10.8.3 in a virtual machine to which I've connected the V-Synth GT over USB.
The V-Synth GT is also connected over MIDI and audio to my interfaces which are connected to my DAW; a MacBook Pro (M1 Pro from 2021) running macOS 12.6.2.
I could've been more convenient if Roland just updated the USB driver. But, this works quite well as soon as you get the hang of the workflow.
