Changing sample start / loop start with faders?

Hi

I recently saw a video on YouTube of a guy named Daren Ager messing around with his 808 -

He seems to be altering the sample start point of a sample with the first fader.

How is this done and can these movements be recorded?

Hi,

i think you have to create a patch for this an the sample you want to mange

In that patch in the matrix assign the matrix control fader to e.g. sample start or any other parameter you like. Then you can do things like that.

I recommend to update the editor to the extended scripts (see sticky posts) as you get a lot more modulation possibilities through that.
