Shift plus Tempo-mute-control

Hi guys, only one simple question.
As 909 user I'm not able to try this little trick on 808! I wanna know if u hold shift and press Tempo-mute-control will u swap parts from muted to playing parts and opposite???

Hi, the manual says so but i never tried it. Wil try it on the weekend.

It is very cool option on 909 to cut playing sounds with muted ones.... nice for live use, especially for techno!!!
