Sudden Reboot

Hi There!
I just upgraded my MC with an Old SoDimm that I had for About... errr... 15 Years, and Now when I turn it ON, it Takes a Few Minutes Loading...
I'm Wondering if this might be a RAM Flaw... This DIMM is 128 MB, and I Only Have two Samples for a Few Experiments, while I Explore the MC's Potencial.
If I'll Upgrade it with 512MB, will it Take hours Loading???
I Tried Different RAMs but some showed DIMM Error when Powering ON...
This is the Only DIMM that Worked, (I Ordered a 512MB on a Local Store) but When I Was Playing with Patterns with Patches, (no Samples) it suddenly rebooted...
Have Anyone experienced a Sudden Reboot While using the MC-808?
