I don't think the promotion is aimed at PT studios w/hardware processors. Obviously, they are just stirring the pot.

If you rather, their VSS3 TDM it's $800.

Yes, checked it out myself and it sounds very good, even though it only has one hall algorithm.

I'll be alright on that $800 price tag. There's other things that I could spend that money on.
It is nice tough. Although I don't use Logic that much anymore I still do from time to time. There's just a limited advantage to using Logic cuz I have most of those sounds in my MV. Plus I use Protools quite a bit so..... But I might check it out in Waveburner.
I'm far from a mastering engineer but I dabble.

The algorithms list doesn't bother me. I know how to get the sound I'm looking for.
