A convertible iPad/MacBook hybrid is an interesting patent.

Kristijan, remember that iOS is designed for touch devices, OS X is designed for point devices. Apple won't put OS X on touch devices because it won't be usable (this is what they say themselves).

Patents, in most cases, are just a way to secure an idea. Apple may have a million of them, but not all will ever go into production. It's just intellectual property that can be used for licensing to other companies etc.
