DS-30A Monitors and Imac

Hi all,
Have recently resurrected these monitors that have been packed away and have lost the manual to them. The download is available however all the pics come out pitch black and the connections are impossible to read. My question is what is the best way to hook these up to my Imac (2010 SL 10.6.5). Prefer to go straight in but have a Presonus Inspire 1394 that I could use as well (also resurrected and needing info on). Prefer digital connection. It has been a LONG while since using music gear and would appreciate some advice. Thanks
