Hidden (Mac security application)

Unfortunately, I have a bad experience with Hidden application for Mac
I've never paid something twice in my life, except Hidden application. I returned to the Flipcode page for a download link without double-clicking anywhere on “pay”, “buy”, etc. My credit card was charged twice for the same amount of $15 in three minutes (2 x 1 year license for 1 Mac). PayPal says to contact the seller, while Flipcode duly ignore my emails without any intention for money return, what nowadays is beyond reasoning.
For $ 15 I will not wrack, but such a miserable "company" I did not meet for many years.
Btw, when I tested the application, my actual position was at least 3 km away from the shown position. If you cancel your license, you will remain their user for the remaining period of 1 year with no refund.
