convert mp3 to wav with itunes in order to read with roland

Hello everyone,
I am trying to convert a mp3 files to wav in order to use in my roland hpi7f.
It's still doesn't work.

i can see in my iTunes that i created a new wav file, i can see the file in my usb device but when i put my usb in my roland, it can not read it.
please help.
