Greeting everyone
Just wanted to find out about your media players..
?which one is the best?
Theres a new windows media player 11
and winamp 5.25
but i want to find out which is the ultimate..and also am i missing any worthy players out..
I dont mind using 2 players together (one for video and one for music)
I personally think winamp is excellent for music..eq..dynamic library..etc
Im not a fan of windows media player though
Let us consider sound quality, ease of use, functions and overall stability and capabilty to play all files...
Lets get all your thoughts on this....

Re: Your media player
Hello Trix,
All those players tend to steal ever more resorces so i mainly use small and dedicated software. Check out Billy. Maby it's not the best, but it's small and does just what it's supposed to.
I have to admit that i cheat with Winamp now and then...

Re: Your media player
I'm using Windows Media Player 10. Version 11 is still in beta so don't use that one in production environments.

Hi trix.
Though it's not very pretty and refined, VLC (Video LAN Client (LAN = Local Area Network)) is a free, open-soarse video and audio file player that supports almost every video and audio format immaginable (exept the latest Windows Media formats and some old Intel INDEO Video formats due to intellectual property restrictions). Need a cheap MPEG-2 decoder? VLC is your app.
