Why don't you post the questions right away?

I did actually post a question a few days ago and got no response, so I thought I'd try again.
I guess I wasn't too hopeful I would get a reply this time.

I am having issues with VST connections.

hey there,
i have downloaed the patches for FanX & MC909 to midi in. When I go to VST connections there are no other tabs present apart from "add bus". On the tutorial vst connections page it lists "external effects", "internal effects", "external instruments" etc. so I must have an issue.

Whe I am in the general VST section under the "device" menu, the FanX & MC909 do not come up as a selectable instrument, even though I have installed the patch.

I am at work and going from memory so I may have to re-try at home tonight.

Thanks
