Trying to get my license back on my pro tools iLok

I bought my pro tools 7.4 mpowered about a year ago...I recently broke my ilok, I then went through the rma process and they could not recover my license. Since I purchased pro tools i have the registration card with everything on it. Since it was registered by guitar center for me I cannot use this for my digi user name, so I cannot email them for technical support. Anybody have a similar problem. I want my license back! or if I must I will purchase a new one. But no idea how! haha help greatly apreciated

That sounds strange to me. You wouldn't think digidesign would have a problem helping you. Try calling them I found there tech support Phone number for you.
